What It Is
An interactive virtual event where participants complete a pre-event survey to be matched with tailored cybersecurity “booths.” Each booth offers one-on-one assistance from trained peer mentors to accomplish specific cybersecurity tasks, such as adjusting social media privacy settings.

- Duration: Typically 1.5 hours per session
- Structure: Peer-to-peer mentorship with guided tasks
Target Audience
Young women aged 18–25, particularly college students navigating the digital landscape.
Women active on social media, public figures, neurodivergent women, women of color, and those engaging in online dating—individuals who may face heightened online visibility and associated risks.
All FIA members interested in enhancing their online security and digital well-being.
Women from marginalized communities, including:
- Neurodivergent women (e.g., those with autism, ADHD, or other cognitive differences)
- Religious minorities, who may face religious or cultural profiling
- Transgender women, who often encounter targeted online harassment
- Women with documentation challenges, such as undocumented immigrants
These groups often face compounded cybersecurity threats due to intersecting identities and systemic vulnerabilities. Our program aims to provide tailored support to address these unique challenges.
